Guatemalan San Pedro

Colombian Spectacled Bear

Money from the sale of this coffee is donated to the Wildlife Conservation Society (www.wcs.org) to help save the endangered Spectacled Bear. This coffee comes from several different growing regions in Colombia, such as Huila, Medellin, Narino and Cauca, based on crop cycle and quality. Colombian coffees are well balanced, medium bodied and very bright.

Tanzania Peaberry Songea

Tanzanian coffees are grown on the slopes of Mt. Kilimanjaro under the banana canopies. The peaberry is a smaller rounder bean that is grown with an identical twin. This is caused by Boron in volcanic soil. Introduced by the Jesuits in 1893, peaberries are relished by coffee fans for their lovely body, smoky dried cherry taste and clean citrus like finish.

Dark Roasts

Sumatran Mandheling

A treasured Indonesian coffee, Mandhelings are grown from the Lake Toba region toward the north end of the island. Sumatran coffees are known for their exceptional processing. This coffee is delicious with complex flavors of tobacco, liquor and earth. It has a perfect syrupiness, yet a very light body.
