Medium Roasts
Guatemalan San Pedro
San Pedro de la Laguna is located on the west coast of Lake Atitlan in Guatemala. Coffee from this region is produced on the hills of the San Pedro volcano and produces a full bodied coffee with hints of cinnamon and chocolate in the cup. It is slightly smoky with a nice acidity.
Colombian Spectacled Bear
Money from the sale of this coffee is donated to the Wildlife Conservation Society (www.wcs.org) to help save the endangered Spectacled Bear. This coffee comes from several different growing regions in Colombia, such as Huila, Medellin, Narino and Cauca, based on crop cycle and quality. Colombian coffees are well balanced, medium bodied and very bright.Tanzania Peaberry Songea
Tanzanian coffees are grown on the slopes of Mt. Kilimanjaro under the banana canopies. The peaberry is a smaller rounder bean that is grown with an identical twin. This is caused by Boron in volcanic soil. Introduced by the Jesuits in 1893, peaberries are relished by coffee fans for their lovely body, smoky dried cherry taste and clean citrus like finish.
Dark Roasts
A treasured Indonesian coffee, Mandhelings are grown from the Lake Toba region toward the north end of the island. Sumatran coffees are known for their exceptional processing. This coffee is delicious with complex flavors of tobacco, liquor and earth. It has a perfect syrupiness, yet a very light body.

This is a great mingling of Java, Indonesian and Ethiopian coffees. It is a well balanced, dark, spicy blend with a chocolate-like finish.
